Relations with regard to antimonopoly control over the actions of Russian and foreign companies, organizations and authorities in Russia are regulated by a special law - the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" of 26.07.2006 No. 135-FZ, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as a number of government and other normative acts. The regulator is the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS). Penalties for violating the antimonopoly legislation are among the highest, especially when it comes to the calculation of turnover-based penalties. Every year FAS replenishes the budget due to collected fines for hundreds of millions of rubles. At the same time the competition protection rules are constantly updated and the requirements for market entities are becoming tougher.   • Preparation of application on the list of persons belonging to a group of persons in accordance with the Law on Protection of Competition;
  • Preparation of an application for inclusion to the register of persons having a share of more than 35% in the market of a certain product or occupying a dominant position in the market of a particular good;
  • Preparation of an appeal to the FAS for clarification on the application of antimonopoly legislation, representation of the Client's interests during the conduct of FAS inspections; representation of the Client's interests at the FAS administrative case;
